Revocation instructions

Right of revocation
You may revoke a declaration of contract you have made within two weeks, in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-Mail), without needing to give reasons, or by returning the object. The deadline starts at the earliest upon receipt of these instructions. On-time dispatch of the revocation notice or the object suffices for complying with the revocation deadline. Should you as the customer wish to make use of your right to revocation, the services received on both sides are to be returned. Should you be unable to return the services to us in their entirety or in part, or only be able to return them in a deteriorated condition, you are then obliged to reimburse us for the value as appropriate. In relation to the relinquishment of items, this shall not apply where the deterioration in the condition of the item is exclusively the result of their inspection by customers, such as they might be subjected to in a retail business. You can also avoid the obligation to reimburse the value of items if you do not use the items as an owner and if you desist from doing anything that could impair its value. Items capable of being sent by post are to be returned to us at our expense and risk. Items not capable of being sent by post will be collected from you.
Special Notes
Your right of revocation lapses early if your contractual partner has begun to perform the service with your express agreement before the end of the deadline for revocation, or if you yourself have arranged for this to be done (e.g. by means of a download, etc.).
